Clients Responsibilities
- To be Open, Honest and Direct in all communications with the Broker
- To have ALL Decision Makers present at every meeting
- To execute the Buyer's Broker exclusive contract
- To cooperate in achieving their stated goals
- (Percentage of Sales Price) fee payable at Close of Escrow to Buyer's Broker, with any Seller-paid commission applied to and off-setting this fee
