In 1988, we had a vision and an exciting dream. We had a dream to be the pinnacle of real estate firms- distinct from other companies and successful in specializing in the Asian market and community. We were the first to embark on that dream and today we are celebrating its 22-year odyssey.
During the past few years, we have developed and improved our strong business model on a multicultural and international level. Since most of our agents are multilingual, we are able to assist customers from diverse cultural backgrounds and attract clients from all around the world! Since our establishment, we have grown to six offices on the West Coast- two in San Francisco, one in each of Oakland, Richmond and Sacramento, California and one in Seattle, Washington. We have a seventh office in Guangzhou, China. |
Culturally Competent
Our agents are fluent in various languages--including Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese, Spanish, Malay, Tagalog, Russian and Hindi. We also train our agents on how to apply their cultural knowledge when working with Asian real estate clients. For example, our agents are able to point out the feng shui attributes of a building, or recognize the need of a large dining room for family-focused cultures. This cultural competence has strengthened the Company’s capability in obtaining business in various ethnic communities.
